Always on the run...

I'm a snacker. A healthful one, but a snacker indeed. I typically do not sit for lunch but would snack throughout the day on veggies, fruits and nuts anyway. Is it ok to continue this (sticking to the approved list)? Breakfast, shake only? Can lunch be spread out as snacks?
